I am exceptionally pleased; the heating system NexGen has provided has changed my life, my health, my comfort. Living with severe Asthma, I have multiple trigger; one of which is damp leading to dreaded black mould…I can categorically say that these past 3 months have been a turning of events, both health and property…I feel as though I am breathing easier, sleaping better with less asthma medication required which is the best feeling.

Previous experience in this property was with space heaters which we felt took longer to generate heat in all areas of the room than the NexGen heating panel. The heat feels consistent and we can definitely feel the warmth without it being overwhelming.
The heating system when on is excellent as you can feel the heat almost immediately. I have noticed it is quicker to heat up specific rooms.
Everything is great! The system is working perfectly, and we are finding the optimum way bit by bit. At first, we found it a bit weird, but very soon found it so much better than the storage heaters, not once have we had to resort to topping up the evening temperature using our electric fire as before.
The app works well for me and the wife is happy to stick with the manual control. Based on our experience to date I would highly recommend this system to all. It works really well with the solar batteries and is slashing our bills magnificently we can use cheap rate electricity to pre charge the battery when the following day is expected to be overcast and store the days sun for all our needs when the sun is out.
