NexGen Solution: Infrared Suspended Ceiling Tiles & Infrared Ceiling Paper
The client decided to install a suspended ceiling frame in each individual bedroom and corridors. This enabled the NexGen ceiling tiles to be installed quickly.
Zonal heating
Each bedroom, the kitchen diner and the communal bathroom are individual zones. This allows for independent heating in each zone. This segmentation gives direct control to the student over when to heat their room and adjust to their individual level of comfort warmth.
Fast delivery of heat
Student habits change from overheating when they’re not even in their rooms to saving energy and heating just when they want it. Humans feel the warmth from the infrared within minutes, this energy then sinks into the fabric of the rooms quicky.
Lowered temperature
Compared to traditional heating systems, NexGen Infrared Heating Systems deliver the same level of comfort warmth at 2 degrees lower than alternative heating. This is due to how humans respond to receiving infrared heat. This is an additional energy saving compared to other heating products in the market.
