Pre-installation findings

Based on detailed site survey and client feedback

Issue:

Entire building controlled from one central location, extreme overheating and lack of constant comfortable heat. No control in rooms unused leading to extreme wastage.

Supplementary Heating:

The client was using an electric plug-in radiators to supplement

Heat dissipation:

Residents in colder rooms complained of heat escaping quickly with rooms affected from drafts due to the building’s older nature. Rooms that were overheated were found to have windows open accounting to huge Co2 waste.
